A supplementary treatment for upper respiratory disorders. It is antiseptic and acts as an expectorant. The infusion can also be used for gargling or inhalation.
A blend of herbs containing essential oils (Salviae folium, Thymi herba, Foeniculi fructus, Sambuci nigrae flos), mucus (Althaeae radix, Plantaginis folium), saponines (Liquiritiae radix) and tannins (Salviae folium, Urticae herba, Polygoni avic. herba).

Preparation and dosage
Pour one cup (1/4 l) of boiling water over 1 tablespoon (5 g) of the mixture and strain after 15 minutes of infusing. The infusion must not boil. Drink warm 3 times a day. Sweeten, if desired. Do no sweeten for gargling or inhalation. Always prepare fresh infusion just before using.
Over-sensitivity to any of the components, pregnancy, and nursing, due to the preparation containing sage (15%).
