Preparation and dosage

Pour ¼ l of boiling water over 1 tea bag, cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Drink warm, 2 - 3 times a day. The infusion can be sweetened, ideally with honey or ribwort syrup.

Preparation and dosage

Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 spoon of herbal mixture and steep in a covered cup for approx. 15 minutes. Do not boil. Can be sweetened with honey. Drink freshly prepared, 3 times daily.

Contraindication

Pregnancy, nursing, hypersensitivity to any constituent of the product.

Preparation and dosage

Pour one cup (1/4 l) of boiling water over ½-1 tablespoon (2.5-5 g) of the mixture and strain after 15 minutes of infusion in a covered receptacle. The tea must not boil. It can be sweetened as needed; in case of digestive and intestinal disorders with an artificial sweetener. Drink 2 to 3 times a day. Infants can drink the tea in spoonfuls or from a baby bottle. Always prepare a fresh infusion immediately before drinking.

Hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients .

Contraindication

The product contains St.John´s Wort and may thus interact with certain concurrently administered antidepressants. It may decrease the efficacy of indinavir and other retroviral products used in the treatment of HIV positive patients. It also decreases the efficacy of cyclosporine and probably also of certain other drugs (digoxin, oral contraceptives, theophyline, warfarin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, triptans). Always consult your physician before using products that contain St.John´s Wort.

Warning

This product can adversely influence activities that require increased concentration, movement co-ordination and rapid decision making ( driving cars, operating machines, working at heights). These activities may be undertaken only with a physician’s approval, or not sooner than 4 hours after administration.
